Travel Related Restrictions

In order to keep our patients, providers, and staff safe, we ask that our patients strictly adhere to travel guidelines before coming to our offices for an appointment.

If a patient has traveled and it has not been 10 days since returning to CT and/or they do not have proof of a negative COVID test, they must reschedule. The patient should call from home to reschedule.

Travel to New York, Rhode Island, or New Jersey does not require quarantine or a COVID test.

Travel to any other affected state (ALL other states) for more than 24 hours requires quarantine and/or a COVID test prior to coming to our offices.

Travel for less than a 24 hour period does NOT require quarantine and/or a COVID test (i.e. a day trip to another state is okay).

Quarantine and testing is mandated by the State of Connecticut, not OAH.
