Inaugural OAHSTRIDES 5K a Huge Success
We are thrilled to share the incredible results of our recent OAHSTRIDES 5K, which took place on Saturday, October 7th at Simsbury Meadows. Despite the rain, 141 runners participated in the 5K run/walk, and 46 children participated in the kids 1K FunRun. In addition, numerous friends and family members were there to cheer us on!
This year’s event was an outstanding success. We are proud to announce that we have raised over $49,000!
This amount not only greatly exceeded our initial fundraising goal of $25,000, but also reflects the unwavering commitment of our community to make a positive impact. These funds will go a long way in supporting our mission and the initiatives we are pursuing at OAHSTRIDES.
