Introducing EPIC Community Connect & MyChartPlus Patient Portal

In an effort to better serve our patients, we have transitioned to EPIC Community Connect, which utilizes Hartford Healthcare’s Epic Electronic Health Record. This will improve patient care and enhance the overall patient experience. Key benefits include:

  • Easily connect with your OAH care team.
  • Manage appointments: Patients can complete pre-visit tasks at home, and view past and upcoming appointment details.
  • View clinical notes and lab tests as soon as they’re complete.
  • View medications.
  • Manage medical bills.
  • Epic Community Connect will also create better communication between OAH and referring physicians and healthcare partners within our community.

We encourage patients with pending appointments to connect to MyChartPlus prior to their visit. If you are brand new to MyChartPlus, click here to set up an account. If you are an existing user, please log in to your account and follow instructions provided by your OAH care team.

Dear Valued Patient:
Orthopedic Associates of Hartford (OAH) has implemented a new financial policy. Most health insurance plans require a co-pay and deductible. Patients with unmet deductibles are now required to make an initial payment of $150 for new visits and $100 for follow up visits at check in. Any outstanding patient balance from prior visits is to be paid as well.
